What is this blog exactly? It's pretty straight forward. This is my place to write reviews, on everything from books, movies, television series, and even games. Though I'd have to say, they're a little more like fanatic ramblings of my opinions than a calculated review. But then again, that's exactly why I'm starting this blog.

Yup, here we go into sad backstory. My whole life I've had a hard time keeping my own opinion. I would read a book, and love it. Then someone else would read it. If they loved it, we would fangirl together. If they didn't, as often happened, they would state what they didn't like. Little, ridiculous me would rethink everything I ever felt about the book, and start to not like it too.

Or if I wanted to review something, I would do so in a precise manner. It took all the fun out of a review, because I thought I needed a specific formula. If I didn't cover certain topics I would be a failure at reviewing things. Ridiculous, right?

But no more! My thoughts are my own, and I will not let myself be bent by the opinions of others. I will review in my own style, even if it might be a bit weird at times. So there you have it, why I started this blog.

Of course, that's why I started this blog. Doesn't mean that's all I'll be posting about. I have tried to have multiple blogs for my multiple interests. But #aintnobodygottimefodat because keep any one of them consistant takes work and time. So while the idea is to post mostly reviews, expect a lot of other random stuff too. Photography. Horseback riding updates. Life things. Other random things I can't think of.

Though if you're into history, then I suggest visiting my one and only other blog. Yeah I know, I literally just wait I ain't got time for that. But apparently I do. Or rather, history is such a broad topic in my life, that it's quite possible it could overrun any reviews I write. Because let's face it, I only read a little faster than sloths and my television watching habits are totally unpredictable.

Is it just me, or are bios really hard to write? I never know how to start them, and then I end up awkwardly listing things I like. History. Horses. Dancing. Languages. Stunt/fight choreography. Writing. Piano. I just never know where to start and where to end. Sometimes I try to be poetic. Unfortunately, poetry of any kind is not my strong suit. Example A:

Apples are red
Kiwis are green
Bananas are yellow
Fruit

In other news, here are some fun facts about myself that you might enjoy. My name is Alina and everyone misspells and mispronounces it. I find it quite amusing and don't mind in the slightest. I was born in December of '98, and for the longest time I didn't use my brain and thought I was born in Winter, when in fact I am an Autumn baby. I think the smell from the barn is better than any perfume (the fam would have to say otherwise). I can sing almost the entire production of both Phantom of the Opera and Hamilton. Oh, and I really like music. But then again, who doesn't?

I really like superheroes, and I owe all my knowledge of them to my brother, who actually reads the comics. I've only read Flashpoint because #EMOTIONS. Mysteries are the best thing ever and I have thought this since the dawn of time. I absolutely love Disney, and am waiting in agony patiently waiting until we have enough money to go to Disneyland again, or go on another cruise. I got sick on our last Disney Cruise and missed half of it. #unfortunate

Those are some things about me! Kinda random, but hey, at least it's not boring. At least I hope not.
